Terms and Conditions

  1. Open to all residents of mainland Great Britain aged 18 or over except employees of the promoter, their families and anyone professionally involved with this promotion.
  2. To claim your free Captain Morgan's Spiced Tankard you will need to purchase a special pack of 70cl or 1ltr bottle of Captain Morgan's Spiced from participating retailers. Go online to facebook.com/CaptainMorganGB and enter the unique code printed on the collaret affixed to the promotional bottle.
  3. One Tankard per unique code. One unique code per household.
  4. This promotion closes on 30/11/12. NO CODES WILL BE REDEEMABLE AFTER THIS DATE.
  5. We will endeavour to fulfil your order within 5 working days from your code being accepted on facebook.com/CaptainMorganGB but please allow up to 28 days from a valid application.
  6. The promoter does not accept responsibility for lost, delayed or damaged applications.
  7. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any claims that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
  9. There are 25,000 Captain Morgan's Spiced Tankard available for redemption.
  10. If the Captain Morgan's Spiced Tankard is damaged on receipt, the participant should photograph the broken Tankard and send in their the photograph with their name, address and contact details to Captain Morgan's Spiced Tankard, Williams Lea, Mcintosh House, Foxbridge Way, Normanton, West Yorkshire, WF6 1TN within 7 working days of receipt.
  11. The winner or a recipient on behalf of the winner for the delivery of the prize must be aged 18 or over and proof of ID may be required.
  12. The promoter reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.
  13. The promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this promotion.
  14. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
